- What happens in case of rain
Tours are only cancelled in case of storm, heavy rain or heavy wind. In any other type of weather the bike tour Delft blue countryside will happen. There are many locations to use as shelter for the rain & I’ll hand out rain ponchos. I’ll give you an update a few days before. Also read this blogpost.

- How do I get to our meeting point?
The city hall is a 15 minutes walk from Delft train station. You receive more information on how to get there after the booking.
- I need to cancel my bike tour
Sorry to hear! I’ll contact you to see if we can reschedule the tour. If there is no other option and you cancel 21 days prior to the bike tour I can still give back the full amount. Cancelation between 20 and 14 days means you’ll get 75 % back, 14-7 days means 50% and less than 7 days or no shows unfortunately means you get no refund.
- My bus/ taxi/ train has a delay
Contact me as soon as you know you’re coming late so we can discuss the options.
- How safe is the cycling route?
Roads are flat and although we do share roads with cars, cycling in the surroundings of Delft is comfortable. Especially when we get into the countryside. The route is bike-friendly. Besides, I keep an eye on you and the traffic and make sure you’re safe.
