local team challenge Holland
Inspired on typical Dutch events & local festivities. Divided into groups your team tackles challenges on culture, diversity, problem solving or sustainability. The festive atmosphere during a local team challenge Holland makes it easy to connect with locals & bond with your team. Traditional Dutch food tasting is often included!
The opening of the herring season on Scheveningen Flag Day, the 3 October local festival Leiden Ontzet & the Gouda cheese market are more than fun & food. In a local team challenge Holland a trail is set out passing locations in the city centre. Divided into teams you compete against each other & learn from the other teams. Creative assignments & daring questions highlight individual qualities and show the story & culture behind historical places. On the day of the local festivity itself, the atmosphere is celebrative. It is easy to connect with locals & bond with your team.
We’ll end with an award ceremony in an unique location where it’s possible to enjoy good Dutch food & drinks.
A city game is a cultural group activity outside Amsterdam for your international colleagues, family & friends. You’re sure to take away some key insights on Dutch local culture, which happen to be very similar to your own – corporate – culture.
The local team challenges Holland take about 3 hours. They’re fun team events any time of the year, & especially in fall & winter. Like all customized Dutch teambuilding events duration, goal, starting point & other details can be personalized to meet you wishes & needs.
Local festivals and events such as Leidens Ontzet or the cheese market offer a unique opportunity to get #socialwithalocal ánd taste typical Dutch food in a relaxed way. The group outings and team activities I create for corporate clients, tour operators and travel agents often take place during or are inspired on these local events.
